WhatsApp and calls in one place

Two channels, one assistant, no duplicate appointments.

Two channels, one conversation

Half of all appointment requests already come in on WhatsApp. The other half by phone. And they are the same people.

Today
  • WhatsApp gets checked by whoever can, whenever they can.
  • What is said on the phone is not in the chat, and the other way round.
  • The same person asks for a slot on both and ends up booked twice.
  • The answer changes depending on which channel the question came in on.
  • The chat fills with unread messages and nobody knows which are outstanding.
With heydiga
  • Messages are answered right away, at any hour.
  • It is one conversation, wherever it starts.
  • One calendar for both channels: no duplicated appointments.
  • The information is one single set: there are no two versions to maintain.
  • Nothing goes unanswered, not at night and not at the weekend.

You connect WhatsApp
The business's own, the one your customers already have saved.
2
You share the information
The same for both channels, so it is updated once and holds for both.
3
You connect the calendar
A single one, so an appointment asked for by chat takes a genuinely free slot.

What changes when the chat does not go unread

These numbers come from businesses that already got half their requests in writing.

What everybody asks

Seven quick answers to get the doubts out of the way.

Does the customer get the same answer whether they call or write?

Yes, heydiga uses the same information and the same rules on both channels, so a customer who asks on WhatsApp gets the same as if they had called, and an appointment made by phone can be changed by message. Everything stays in the same calendar and the same dashboard, with no two parallel systems. The plans section shows how to add the WhatsApp channel to each plan.

Do I need a new WhatsApp number?

No, heydiga works with the business's WhatsApp, the number customers already have saved. No new channel is set up: the same number, the same calendar and the same information as the phone. Messages are answered in 1s, at any hour, at night and at the weekend too, so no chat is left unread.

And if the customer starts by writing and ends up calling?

heydiga treats it as a single conversation: what the customer said on WhatsApp is to hand when they call, and the other way round, so they do not have to explain it again. And whatever is worth having in writing after a call, such as the address or the appointment confirmation, heydiga sends by WhatsApp to the number the customer called from.

Can the customer send photos or documents on WhatsApp?

Yes, heydiga receives the photos and documents the customer sends on WhatsApp, and they are saved with the conversation. A photo of the dent, the fault or the part usually saves an entire visit, and when what comes in is an issue, it is logged with the photo attached so the team has it in front of them.

Can someone on the team step into a chat?

Yes, someone on the team can join a WhatsApp conversation that heydiga is handling, whenever they want and with everything that has been said in front of them. That way, an enquiry that needs a person carries on where it left off, without the customer having to repeat anything or start from scratch.

How do I manage appointments and bookings on WhatsApp with heydiga?

Customers message the business on WhatsApp and heydiga replies just as it does on the phone: it checks the free slots, confirms the appointment and creates it in the calendar. It uses the same information as the voice agent and does not duplicate appointments between the two channels, so it makes no difference whether the customer calls or writes. The plans section shows how to add the WhatsApp channel to each plan.

Can I see what was said on each call?

Yes. Every call heydiga answers is saved on the dashboard with its transcript, the reason for the call and what was resolved, and the team starts the day with a summary of what came in. The plans section shows the level of analysis each plan includes.

Connect it to your WhatsApp

The same number, the same calendar. This afternoon it is answering on both sides.

The phone causes more trouble

If this one rings a bell, these three will too. Each is solved on its own.

An appointment falls through and it is offered to the next in line before the slot goes cold.
There is contact after the job, and that is why the customer comes back.
How many calls come in, what gets asked and what is being lost.
