Lead capture and qualification

The prospect calls, gets qualified and reaches the team already filtered.

The lead that goes cold in five minutes

Whoever asks a price is deciding now. Five minutes later they are already talking to somebody else.

Today
  • The call from the ad comes in while the salesperson is with another customer.
  • A name and a phone number get written down, and little else.
  • The note stays on a piece of paper or in the head of whoever answered.
  • The call is returned the next day, if it is returned at all.
  • The browser and the buyer get exactly the same attention.
With heydiga
  • The call is always answered, even if five come in at once.
  • Budget, timing and reason get asked, as your best salesperson would.
  • The lead lands in the CRM with all its fields, nothing typed in.
  • The salesperson is alerted straight away, with a summary of what was said.
  • The serious one is told from the browser, using your criteria.

What everybody asks

Eight quick answers to get the doubts out of the way.

What does it do with a call from someone who is not yet a customer?

heydiga makes the most of it: it looks after the enquirer there and then, gives them the information the business has defined, collects the details the sales team needs to assess the opportunity, and books the visit or leaves the lead qualified with the context of the conversation. A lead who calls and finds nobody rings the next name on the list.

What details does it collect from each enquirer?

heydiga collects whatever the team needs to act without calling back: who is calling, what for and the fields the business defines, from a registration number to the area, the timeframe or the budget. It asks for them in conversation, as a good salesperson would, not like a form read out loud. Whatever the customer does not say is left empty, and it shows as empty: heydiga does not make up details.

Does the lead go into my CRM or into a separate inbox?

heydiga puts the lead in the CRM, spreadsheet or inbox the team already checks every day, with all its fields filled in, not in a separate inbox someone has to type up by hand. If the caller is already a customer, it recognises them and does not create a duplicate record. The plans section shows which plans include integration with the business's software.

How does it tell the serious buyer from someone who is just asking?

heydiga qualifies using the rules the business sets: budget, timeframe, area or whatever separates the buyer from the browser in each sector. It does not score with criteria of its own, and if the business has its own way of prioritising, it applies it exactly as it is. Every lead arrives with its qualification status, so the team knows who to call first.

How long does it take the salesperson to hear about a new lead?

heydiga alerts the salesperson who handles that type of lead at that very moment, with a summary of what was said. The business decides who each lead goes to and with what priority the alert is sent. That is what stops the enquirer ending up talking to someone else: after five minutes without a reply, a lead goes cold and calls somewhere else.

Does it only take incoming calls, or does it make outbound calls too?

heydiga does both. As well as answering incoming calls, it calls to confirm appointments, win back inactive customers, let people know something is ready or follow up after a visit.

How does heydiga help win more customers and reduce no-shows?

heydiga works on two fronts. It recovers the calls that are lost today, which in many service businesses are a large share of the month's opportunities, and it reduces no-shows with automatic confirmations and reminders. It also makes outbound calls to win back inactive customers or follow up after a visit.

Can it answer several calls at once?

Yes. heydiga answers several calls at once, with no queues and no engaged tone, so at peak times no customer is left waiting or hangs up. The plans section shows how many simultaneous calls each plan includes.
