Answer

Handles the questions the business always gets, without slipping up or making things up.

The front desk answers the same thing a hundred times

Much of what comes in by phone does not need a person: it needs an answer.

Opening hours, address, prices, whether an appointment is needed, what to bring. These are questions that already have an answer and that still occupy someone, almost always the person serving a customer in front of them. They get answered one by one, with different patience depending on the day and on who picks up. And the ones that arrive with the business closed do not get answered at all.

Question resolved

It answers, it does not take a message

The difference between a voicemail and an answer is that the second one resolves the call.

  • It replies with your business's information, not a generic script.
  • It speaks in plain language, with no menus and no "press one".
  • It answers the same on the phone as on WhatsApp, with the same information.
  • It picks up at any hour, including with the business closed.
  • It says it does not know when it does not know, instead of making something up.
  • It passes anything outside the plan to a person.

What it knows is what you tell it

Nothing new has to be written: the information already exists in the business. It only has to be shown once.

The basics
Opening hours, address, how to get there, holidays and closures.
The catalogue
Which services are offered, what each one includes and what they cost.
The conditions
Whether an appointment is needed, what to bring, payment methods and everything else already answered daily.
The limits
What is not answered by phone and who it goes to when it comes up.

The phone stops interrupting

It is not a voicemail somebody empties later. It is the question resolved and the team not looking up.

  • The answer given on the spot, not a note to call back.
  • The same conditions told the same way all twenty times.
  • Questions answered at night, on holidays and at peak hours.
  • The team not dropping what they have in hand.
  • A record of what gets asked most: that is where improvement starts.

It is the first one, and hardly ever the only one

Almost every conversation starts with a question. Answer resolves it, and another skill often follows behind.

It answers what comes in at night, which is when there is nobody.
It takes ten calls at once with the same answer.
It is the main skill: the whole case rests on it.
It replies in whichever language it is spoken to, without looking for anyone.
It gives the same information whether the person calls or writes.

Where the limits are

We say it here so nobody discovers it in a demo. Answer replies; what has to be done is done by others.

  • It does not improvise. What you have not told it, it does not invent: it says so and passes it on.
  • It does not give professional advice. Not medical, not legal, not technical, however much it is asked.
  • It does not negotiate. Special prices, discounts and exceptions go to a person.
  • It does not close anything. It informs; if something has to be booked or collected, another skill steps in.
  • It does not guess what changed. If the information goes stale, it answers the stale version.

What everybody asks

The six questions of anyone who wants to know how far it goes before trusting it.

What can the agent answer on its own?

heydiga answers on its own everything the business has told it: opening hours, address, services and prices, whether an appointment is needed, what to bring or how long something usually takes. It does so in natural language, with no menus or "press one", at any hour and even when the business is closed. When a question falls outside what has been defined, it says so and passes it to a person instead of making something up.

Do the answers have to be recorded one by one?

No, heydiga does not work with recorded answers or a generic script. It is taught once the information the business already has (opening hours, catalogue, terms and what is not answered over the phone) and it replies in natural language, so it understands the same question asked ten different ways. There is nothing new to write and no need to anticipate every sentence a customer might say.

How is what the agent knows kept up to date?

heydiga's information is changed in one place and the change applies to the phone and WhatsApp at once, with no two versions to maintain. It is best done as soon as an opening time, a price or a service changes, because heydiga does not guess what has changed: if the information goes out of date, its answers do too. It also records what gets asked most, which shows what it still needs to know.

What does the voice agent do if it does not know the answer to a question?

heydiga does not improvise: it never makes up a price, an opening time or an appointment. When a question falls outside what it has been given, it says so and transfers the call to the business's team or takes a message, which arrives straight away. Everything it could not resolve is logged and helps widen what it can handle.

Can callers tell that an AI voice agent is not a person?

heydiga speaks in a voice so natural that many customers would struggle to tell the difference: it understands interruptions, replies in real time and uses no menus or "press 1". Even so, it introduces itself as a virtual assistant from the very start, as the EU AI Act requires. And if the customer would rather speak to someone on the team, it passes the call on.

How do I manage appointments and bookings on WhatsApp with heydiga?

Customers message the business on WhatsApp and heydiga replies just as it does on the phone: it checks the free slots, confirms the appointment and creates it in the calendar. It uses the same information as the voice agent and does not duplicate appointments between the two channels, so it makes no difference whether the customer calls or writes. The plans section shows how to add the WhatsApp channel to each plan.
