What happens on the phone

How many calls come in, what gets asked and what is being lost.

There is no data about the phone

About the website you know everything: visits, source, what gets looked at. About the channel half the business comes through, nothing.

Today
  • Nobody knows how many calls came in yesterday.
  • Nobody knows what they were about: only the odd ones are remembered.
  • Peak hours are a feeling the team has.
  • A missed call leaves neither a trace nor an explanation.
  • To find out what was said you have to ask whoever picked up.
With heydiga
  • You know how many came in, at what time and through which channel.
  • Every conversation is classified by reason.
  • Peak hours are a chart, and sometimes not the ones anyone assumed.
  • No missed call goes without an explanation.
  • The transcript is there, for when you have to see exactly what was said.

Measuring from the first call

Nothing to configure and nothing to integrate: it measures what is already happening.

Measuring is a skill of its own

None of the other eight solves anything here. This one does not handle calls: it counts them.

What you see in the first week

These numbers come from businesses that had never measured their own phone.

What everybody asks

Seven quick answers to get the doubts out of the way.

How do I know how many calls I get and what people are asking me?

heydiga turns every call into data: how many really come in, at what times and through which channel, what each one was about, how long it lasted, what gets resolved and what is being lost. Almost no business has that data today, and the first thing that usually emerges is that it gets far more calls than it thought. The plans section shows the level of analysis each plan includes.

From when is call data available?

heydiga measures from the first call it answers, with nothing to configure or integrate beforehand. Grouping reasons into the business's own categories is optional and can be done later. The data starts the day heydiga starts, and it only counts what goes through it: a call that comes in on an employee's mobile does not show up.

Can the data be used to assess people on the team?

No, heydiga is not designed to assess people: it measures what people ask for and how the channel is handled, not the performance of anyone on the team. Nor is it a business dashboard, because it is about the phone, not sales, and it decides nothing: it shows the pattern, and the extra shift is up to the business.

Can the call data be exported?

Yes, heydiga lets the business export the call figures and reasons or send them to wherever it already looks at the rest of its activity. Otherwise, they stay in the dashboard with their history, which is what tells a bad day from a trend. The plans section shows which plans include data export.

Can I see what was said on each call?

Yes. Every call heydiga answers is saved on the dashboard with its transcript, the reason for the call and what was resolved, and the team starts the day with a summary of what came in. The plans section shows the level of analysis each plan includes.

How does heydiga help me make more money and save time in my business?

With heydiga, fewer missed calls mean more appointments, and fewer no-shows mean more slots filled. In the businesses already using it, more than 80% of what comes in is resolved without passing the call to anyone, so the team stops interrupting its work and focuses on the customer in front of it. The dashboard shows the calls answered, the appointments generated and what customers were asking for, so the return can be measured.

What security certifications does heydiga have?

heydiga is certified under Spain's National Security Framework (ENS) at medium category (Royal Decree 311/2022) and under ISO 27001. It runs on servers in the European Union, complies with the GDPR and encrypts data in transit and at rest. It is the standard demanded by customers who handle sensitive data, such as healthcare centres or public bodies.
